Our rates start from £50 + VAT per hour for self-load, £60 + VAT per hour for a van with a driver, and £85 + VAT per hour for a van with a driver and porter. What’s the difference between self-load, driver and driver plus porter?
With self-load, you load and unload and we drive. With a van and driver, the driver loads but may need your help with larger items. With a driver and porter, we do all the loading and unloading for you.

What size vans do you use?
We operate Luton vans, which suit furniture, household belongings and the contents of many smaller properties. If you’re unsure whether everything will fit, send us an inventory when you request your quote.
Can you dismantle and reassemble furniture?
Yes. Our team can dismantle and reassemble suitable furniture. Please let us know in advance so we can allow enough time.
Can you supply packing materials?
Yes. We can supply packing materials and offer full or partial packing, so you can have as much or as little help as you like.
Are you insured?
Yes. We’re fully insured, and our team are professional and uniformed.
What are your opening hours?
Monday to Friday 8am to 8pm, Saturday 8am to 8pm, and Sunday 10am to 5pm.
Do you charge extra for stairs or mileage?
Only add this if the answer is a clear “no” (“No. Stairs and mileage are included in our hourly rate.”). If it depends on the job, leave it out rather than hedge.
